      The knowledge of TAAMS and the ability to work a chain of title going back to microfiche and research older documents with land indexes and the 188 folders. Manipulate most databases and when BIA used (Land Records Information System) LRIS where I found my way to the tables and refined queries.

      Terribly unreasonable to work for. Very demanding of so much of the employee with little regard to their life needs. Managers are self important and intellectually indulgent.
