Vantaggi
- great collegues - nice pace of work
Svantaggi
- bad leadership - micromanagement - no appraisals
Vantaggi
Colleagues are good since everyone is facing same issues so they share problems
Svantaggi
1. They have put a lot of fake 5 star reviews to lure candidates and improve their rating 2. Very weird rules - In case you are more than 15 mins late your half day gets deducted but you are supposed to stay 2-3 hrs additional everyday 3. Timings are extremely strict with punch in punch out and average you have to spend 11-12 hrs everyday in the office. Lunch breaks cannot be more than 30 mins and tea breaks cannot be more than 15 mins 4. WFH is not allowed a policy is there for once in a quarter but again strict rules that cannot take before Saturday or after Sunday and cannot take right before or after a holiday 5. Paid leaves are minimal and you are questioned everytime in case you apply for it and you need to apply 3 months prior for any paid leaves 6. You cannot take sick leaves before saturday and after sunday or before or after any holiday 7. Culture is very poor when CEO is there no one talks to each other or cannot smile or laugh 8. Attrition rate is extremely high in sales and customer success team because of poor culture 9. There are unskilled people in the management working in the company for many years being CEO's "favorites" and new people keep leaving 10. Firing is too common and without any prior notice, you are required to leave the same with no severance 11. CEO talks bad about juniors on their back and also badmouth about people who leave the company
Vantaggi
* A few hardworking individuals trying to survive in a difficult environment * Good place to learn how poor leadership can damage a company
Svantaggi
* Leadership is deeply problematic — both CEO and CTO lack competence and maturity. * Strong culture of retaliation — if you question or disagree, you will be targeted. * No room for healthy discussion or differing opinions; only blind agreement is tolerated. * CEO lacks vision and consistency in decision-making. * Creates a highly unprofessional and uncomfortable workplace through aggressive and disrespectful behavior toward employees. * Frequently speaks negatively about employees to junior team members. * More focused on surface-level activity than actual leadership or strategy. * Changes direction frequently and forgets prior decisions. * CTO lacks real technical leadership and relies heavily on others without clear ownership. * No roadmap, no structured planning, and no clarity in execution. * Decisions are made without discussion, and opposing views lead to personal targeting. * Overall, leadership behaves without accountability and creates a fear-driven culture. * Feels like the company is being run based on personal ego rather than professionalism or long-term vision. * Leadership shows no trust in employees, creating a culture of constant doubt and low morale.
