Decent sized company for CRM so physicians are aware of the company and some prefer Biotronik. Biotronik has lower volume compared to other CRM companies so clinical specialist are less busy and have a lower workload than other CRM companies.

Svantaggi

Company does not provide enough team support and does not focus on team building. The company does not have enough employees to grow the business. They allow employees with many flaws to stay in the company due to their connections. The company does not hold employees to high standards.

A good way to get in the industry. You can climb the ranks relatively quickly compared to other companies. Good products.

Svantaggi

Leadership doesn’t seem to care enough to actually solve problems, a lot of tension between the local team. Lack of resources, you get locked in a contract and it’s hard to get out. This company is a revolving door.
