Good technology and some good people.

- Even though the tech might be good they’re always short handed on product - Always short handed on people - Constantly demanding growth but not actually willing to hire support to support growth - Constantly hearing that we should have equal market share as Medtronic or Abbott yet when you ask management for resources or support needed to make an attempt (with multiple years of success over plan might I add) always having an excuse on why they can’t hire more people to support growth is because we’re not Medtronic or Abbott - Claim to care about the patient and think our device is the best which I even happen to agree with. However, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the personnel needed to actually check patients devices. - Don’t expect anything but cold hard business. They only claim to care about their employees while their actions show the opposite

A good way to get in the industry. You can climb the ranks relatively quickly compared to other companies. Good products.

Svantaggi

Leadership doesn’t seem to care enough to actually solve problems, a lot of tension between the local team. Lack of resources, you get locked in a contract and it’s hard to get out. This company is a revolving door.
