Got to see how the whole company operates, and was able to interact with many different departments.

The majority of manufacturing is overseas, so I wasn't able to see the products come off the line.

-good work life balance -friendly coworkers -office space is gorgeous -dog friendly office -flexible hybrid office schedule

-lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities -no straightforward promotion timeline -teams work in silos at time. Could use some work on cross team collaboration
