There's transparency with results and we avoid the unnecessary fiscal exercises that are tied back to shareholder reporting with publically traded companies. The culture is one of respect and flexibility.

      There are be some over conservatism at times, but the long history of success speaks for itself.

      The majority of manufacturing is overseas, so I wasn't able to see the products come off the line.
