The organization says the mission is to show compassion..respect and excellence but there are several managers and directors who don't support compassion..respect or excellence. While you work there if you have a difference of opinion than managers the first time you do anything they don't care for they will come up with a reason to terminate..they don't believe in coaching or feedback..if they dislike you they just terminate and say hr said what you did was too bad for you to come back.
