Wonderful team of employees who treat one another like family. When COVID isn’t an issue there is great company culture and social events that makes dealing with everything else much more worth it.

Vastly different standards among departments and how they manage. HR gets away with everything (coming late, leaving early, working from home when they want) and no other departments allow for that. It’s very unfair. There is no telework policy as leadership believes employees are incapable of performing outside of their watchful eyes. Behind the times in this regard. Management gives no feedback so you have no way of knowing where you stand. Inequitable pay depending on department with recent grads making more than many seasoned employees and leadership could care less. Bonus structure very unfair. Money lines leadership’s pockets but very little makes it down to those doing the work.
