The only pro for Blackroc recruitment is the location!

Do your research prior to joining, understanding Blackroc’s creation is essential especially if you want to succeed with BD! The management there is so unbelievably toxic, you will be judged publicly for things that do not involve your job, if you are not a 4am starter you will be shamed, if you can’t stay until 7pm every night, you’ll be told you have no work ethic. There is no form of mentorship regardless of what there fluffed up company page says, the senior recruiters will offer no help, you either sink or swim! Management plays favourites and half of the office is dating each other so forming friendships is nearly impossible. They judge off appearances rather than work ethic, do yourself and your career a favour, avoid this place at all costs!

Would recommend you reach out to alumni to get an understanding of its somewhere for you. Lots of turnover. There is music on all day in the office which is distracting. 5 days in the office which can feel less progressive
