Everyday is sort of a surprise. New projects come in all the time and they almost always require different skill sets, or combinations of skill sets, that I may not have had the chance to exercise often. So there's tons of opportunity to refine those different skills instead of just staying locked in one area all the time. This company also has a knack of creating a team of friendly, creative & technically savvy people who always seem to have incredible patience, even when stress levels are high.

I'm not sure if this is so much a con as it is a precaution to anyone who applies, but these guys move quickly and get a lot done in a short amount of time. You definitely have to be quick on your feet and know how to hit the ground running on different avenues. They'll show you the way once or twice to get you started, but the rest is up to you.
