The owner of this company will get up at 6 am to shower and drive the individuals we serve to workshop, just as quickly as he will ask one of us to do so.

Staff don't always want to show up and don't always provide adequate notice when leaving our individuals care, creating a great weight on others to pick up the slack and provide the care, to the cost of many of our families and own personal care.

They were willing to work with my schedule while I was in school. If you need more hours you usually would be able to get it.
