- Organizational structure is still evolving - Unclear career path - Cultural fit may vary depending on the individual Like many others have mentioned, the career path can feel unclear. At times, I wasn’t sure where I stood within the company or how to intentionally grow. It often felt less like shaping a long-term trajectory and more like navigating day-to-day demands. While that's common in many workplaces, it’s still something that could be improved. From a cultural standpoint, it wasn’t the right fit for me. While the company offers strong benefits and talented colleagues, I sometimes felt a greater emphasis on presentation and perception over deeper values like transparency and long-term development. That created an environment where the focus could lean more toward performance and output rather than sustainable growth and clarity.
