-Small office, although everyone at BMC is very capable and helpful, having more employees to bounce ideas off of and ask questions would have been more ideal -Workload could get intense as deadlines were supposed to be hit, sending me home with work some nights (seemed fairly typical for this business though)

Management is pretty hands-off if everything is running smoothly
