Svantaggi
They're literally just hiring college kids with zero experience. Like, girl, where's the seasoned talent? The "career path" for BDR roles? It doesn't exist, babe. They basically tell you to go find a job somewhere else, unless you happen to be buddies with someone in management—then maybe you'll actually get somewhere. It's giving favoritism. The interview process has them absolutely gassing up how amazing it's going to be. They sell you on this fantasy that's nowhere close to reality. Here's my favorite part: they act like they have this whole polished system set up for their BDRs. You get hired thinking everything's figured out, and then—plot twist—they want you to create a plan because their "process" wasn't anything really.
