BMC terrible culture and weak management - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso BMC Software

sales people and sales management are some of the worst I have ever come across. The sales management team is very weak, highly political. It is a Houston based technology company so how many good technology companies have come out of Houston. The upper sales management is really bad. Putting a Bladelogic guy in with his posse won't help - too many bad managers in between. It is worst on the west coast. The management team has run out more good sales people because it is so bad. Compensation is OK so in a way you get what you pay for. They are also known for not paying sales people commisions.
