Seasoned, experienced employees treated like they are children who have to ask permission for almost everything. Egotistical, abrasive, selfish and discriminatory management team. Entrenched Good 'ole white boy company - if you are minority or female or over 45 you will be treated very poorly eventually and possibly forced out - even with years of competent, faithful service. Worst company I have ever worked for and I am embarrassed to even include it on my resume.
