Great colleagues - really smart people who test you and want you to excel everyday. UK culture of ownership is very strong - solid relationship with presales. Huge opportunity to steal business away from other software players - BMC products are better! Training - time in Houston was excellent at providing me with a formula for sales success - it was an intense time but very rewarding - and you get paid extra for attending it. There is a lot of excitement about our growth and go to market both internally and with customers.

There is a lot to learn. BMC is a self-service business which means if something is broken you need to fix yourself - it takes a while to work out who can help you with processes and policies but once you know who does what in the company then you're ok.
