Great people on the whole with a huge product line. Well paid and rewarded. Good client base and customer satisfaction is about average. Good partners and awesome compensation plan if you get the right territory.

With so many products acquired by acquisition its hard to position what it is that BMC does for clients. The sales team is led mostly by ex colleagues of the head of sales and career advancement seems unlikely unless you come from there. Not many employees with long tenure so limited experience in the companies products and services.
