- Relatively little job security - Bogged down by woeful internal processes (2/3 of my day is just navigating the internal hellscape) - Undercooked go-to-market portfolio, almost across the board. Ever since ignominiously and unexpectedly firing their CRO Jason Andrews, a black cloud has loomed over this company. Now, there is fear amidst process change, and burdensome new internal procedures for all things "sales." Not surprised we're missing our targets across the board.. but of course the pain will mostly be felt at the mid-management and lower blue-collar level.
