      Like every organisation, there are few bad elements. Every organization makes such mistakes. However, here the PMO team is bit lacking behind the rest of the team. Few Product Owners are extremely clueless. I don't know how come the organisation is not able to identify them.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
