      Generally, half decent people to work with, if you get a good foreman your life will be easy. Plently of OT

      Low pay, politics and old school nasty foremans. Not much opportunity to grow and people that do get promoted shouldn't of.

      The work culture is supportive; however, the senior staff is very hard to reach due to a busy schedule. Even the managers who are allocated do not guide well. The manager will hand you over to the other team and let them know what to do next. With no KPI's mentioned or any clear directive on how the performance will be judged.

      Will end your employment without any prior notice or any advice during the probation on how to improve or where the problem is coming. They will simply judge you from the backseat with any review of the performance for the first 6 months.
