The company is filled with directors who do the hiring of prospective employees based on the following: 1. are they a relative? 2. Are they my friend at work? 3. Do I have a social relationship outside of the office? 4. Am I involved in a sexual relationship with the person? If you are lucky to be able to say you can say yes to any of these questions, you are a guaranteed a position. Many people applying for positions due to out sourcing applied to positions which were filled prior to even having the position posted online. BMS upper management is very greedy and liars, They make promises to employees saying the department is staying ( dept is only one in the company that can do the job) after the buyout, and then outsources the dept to a company with no idea of what they are doing. This happens all the time with them. They do not value employees at all. Currently several departments were given the heave ho. Meanwhile they are getting bids for outsourcing these departments. If you decide to work for BMS you are taking a chance, You may be outsourced 6 months after you start you position.
