- They hire against fake job-posts and these jobs actually either don't exist in company or are already given to someone else - They ask you to do something, agree in meeting and change if others object (just because some old employees are not comfortable). you change again and it repeats. - If you involve HR that might not help either as they are just the puppet of Managers - Be careful if you share your feelings with someone (specially HRs) it might (actually) will be used against you. HR and managers appear friendly but this is just a mask they wear.
