Avoid at all costs - Recensione dipendente - Director presso BNI

The CEO has actual contempt for employees. He literally says that employees and recruits should accept below-market pay, crappy benefits, no raises, extreme micromanagement, and 5 days in office because it's a "gift" to work there. Despite the good that BNI does around the world, the corporate office is toxic. People are miserable, especially because there's a colleague that tells the CEO when someone is away from their desk for too long like she's a hall monitor in junior high school. I know the job market is tough but I suggest avoiding this place at all costs.
