Some of the more frustrating things in working for Eagle is their lack of a good test process. For anybody who is actually interested in the QA aspect of QA and using modern tools to adequately track and use good test methodologies, this is not the place for you. Eagle's QA group is in the dark ages. There is no cohesiveness in the group. Additionally, though everybody is very nice, one doesn't get a sense of 'team' compared to other companies. Another obstacle, is there is virtually no training or on boarding. Again, not compared to other companies.
