      Nothing here as pro. Only pressure, no proper communication on policy changes. Treating employees like slaves.

      No work life balance They treat u like animal . Middle higher level managers scold u infront of 100s in the meeting without any reason. Just to calm themself from their pressure. Beware to join

      Got hired at a certain salary and was told that with all the OT I would be allowed, I would be at where I needed to be with my salary. 6 months in they took OT to a minimum. Promotions and raises are pretty much nonexistent. Everything is getting automated and/or being given to India. Hybrid but forced to be in office 4 days
