Nothing. A stepping stone on your resume.
Svantaggi
This is not a place for creatives. You won’t be making big ideas, you’ll be making copy edits. Art Directors here are basically glorified production artists, chained to rounds of revisions instead of actually directing anything. The talent is there, but it’s wasted. No one cares about your strengths, just how fast you can crank out changes. The account team? They’ll bully you into saying yes to every ask, then throw you under the bus the moment something goes sideways. It’s never their fault. Always yours. Combine that with leadership that plays favorites and ignores contributions, and you’ve got a culture where morale flatlines fast. Chaos rules everything. Projects bounce around with zero vision, constantly going over budget. The UK/US divide makes collaboration a nightmare, and people openly admit they’re just waiting to cash out from the acquisition. Not exactly inspiring. And then there’s “creative leadership.” The Chief Creative Officer, yes you MH.. has no clue how to run a studio, leans on AI for ideas, and has no original direction. It’s smoke and mirrors at the top, and everyone else pays the price. To top it off, the company goes on a rampage whenever a negative Glassdoor review pops up. Instead of fixing the problems, they panic, scramble, and push out fake “positive” reviews to bury the truth.
