The work involves developing concepts for retail spaces and commercial interiors. The projects are interesting, and there's a lot of variety. I really like my team — these are talented people who take their craft seriously. The tools are good, and the project briefs are usually clear.

Workdays can be longer during busy phases, and the workload isn't always predictable.

Great team members to work with, incredible breadth of jobs and high profile projects to work on.

Staff are hilariously underpaid and the company maintains a "campus" of five buildings in the middle of Hollywood - and only one of them is fully occupied. One is empty and the rest have a skeleton crew of staff at any given day. Management is also incredibly out of touch with the needs of the staff and think that morale bandages like pastries in the morning and food trucks help, instead of paying their staff what they deserve.
