Managers good at keeping things organized. Competitive pay and benefits. Collaborative environment and good communication across different departments.

No one likes last-minute changes, but they happen.

Great team members to work with, incredible breadth of jobs and high profile projects to work on.

Staff are hilariously underpaid and the company maintains a "campus" of five buildings in the middle of Hollywood - and only one of them is fully occupied. One is empty and the rest have a skeleton crew of staff at any given day. Management is also incredibly out of touch with the needs of the staff and think that morale bandages like pastries in the morning and food trucks help, instead of paying their staff what they deserve.
