I worked with a very talented and dedicated team of mid level and senior managers. Most have left over the last few years to pursue career growth with other companies.

Franchising banks to entrepreneurs (salesmen) who don't have any legal risk is asking for an ass-backwards company! Salaries are low save for high level sales and execs. Its a regional bank that has a catchy marketing scheme that is trying to play with the big banks but isn't investing in infrastructure or people. May be a good springboard for those entering the industry with little experience who are looking for an opportunity to break into the business.
