Job posting was a lie. Hired to do one thing, issues happen and suddenly you are managing field and customer support....any pay increase not here. They asked for 5 star reviews today so I am writing this. DO NOT JOIN Leadership is clueless at all levels, they aren't aware of the actual problems and do they even care? Speaking to managers results in empty looks. CEO is never around - what do they do? Can you explain? Monthly company meetings are embarrassing like today, most people are clear the company is in trouble but no one speaking will address it. There are no leaders at this company. We just have to sit through more false self praise. Looking around, people are defeated and don't believe. I have heard teams and culture were different before 2023 when I joined but I don't believe it - the CEO just hires friends with strange titles and we wonder what do these leaders do day to day? they speak about the business but have they spoken to a customer, do they know what the company does?Customer calls shouting about how we didn't show up, do good work are ignored and brushed aside. Nobody doing the real work thinks this company will see the summer.
