Supportive and friendly team with efficient work ethic

Can get very busy in Summer but is manageable

- Fun to work if you like working with a lot of people

- need to properly hire people, a lot of people were hired due to being friends with someone, which eventually became cliquey environment - ^ cliquey staff and supervisors - ^ supervisors will just disappear for hours no where to be found. Then you see them lounging around on their phones in the break room. (Make it make sense) - some supervisors and staff constantly on their phones and standing around ignoring customers - huge divide between permanent staff and stints - some staff will take extra long breaks, leaving people stay on the bar and miss their breaks - long hours, I initially told the manager that I had another full time job, but I was constantly given weekends which meant that I was working everyday for 33days straight at one point, sometimes even 2 times a day . They do not care about you, you are just a name to put down on the rota - if you are good at your job then good luck as you will be picking up the slack from people who don’t even want to be there - expectations are not clear, there doesn’t seem to be straight procedure was being followed - customer incentives are barely promoted - have had many angry customers because of coupons they have received which SHOULD work but don’t
