Everyone here is unhappy. The owners have created an atmosphere of competition between employees and everyone is out for themself. The amount of tattling and backstabbing is unreal. This is a culture of fear with wry low workplace morale. I was bounced around from one role into the next all the time because the owner kept firing people. The hiring mantra is hire fast and fire fast with no regard for anyone's well being. The employees that last are broken human beings that have turned into yes men. They all want to escape but most have lost all self worth working here. They take verbal abuse and there is no HR department for protection. I can't even describe how awful the atmosphere is at this company. I wouldn't wish a job here on anyone.
