If you are from Kashmir and have a computer science degree and can't relocate outside, join BQE but come out as soon as possible. No Major Pros about this company except some free food given on last Friday of the month or on any festival like Eid. Monthly bonuses are given some time(very less amount)

If I write all the cons here, still I will be short because the company is filled with so many cons: 1. No value for a Software Engineer. They hired B.Tech/Mtech/MCA guys even with relevant experience for as small as 12k. 2. No raise or very less raise given. 3. Non Technical and non deserving team managers who micromanage their team members. B.A/B.Com degree holders leading employees having B.Tech/MTech degrees. 4. No appreciation for the geniune and hard working employees. Their Employee of the month award is the worst of all and based on favoritism. The loyal and hard working employees are taken for granted. 5. All the key employees left as they got the better and permanent remote oppurtunities. Only those are left who are not getting any other oppurtunity and I feel pity for them as they have settle for so less salary despite so much experience. 6. Work from home option was never given before even in extreme emergency cases but now they are delighted with it because it saved them a lot of money like cab and office expenses but still they didn't give any raise/perks to the employees. 7. No promotion concept, even if an employee works for more than 5-6 years,he/she will be still at the same position and doing the same thing when he joined. 8. The team managers will force you to work overtime and on weekends even if you have completed all your work by the end of the day and still fail to appreciate you. You will given a tea with 5/10 rs biscuit for staying late and also meals with rotten quality sometimes. 9. You will never feel like you are working for a software company. All your degrees, ambitions, and skills will be ruined here. 10. They have a pathetic and silly retention policy. When a employee resigns they will make an offer to retain while as the loyal employees who are not looking for other jobs and continue working there are taken for granted. 11. You will never find any satisfied employee at BQE whether he is a new joinee or someone who has worked for more than 10 years. 12. There is so much internal politics being played there. The admin employees and management have completely ruined this company and the downfall has already started. 13. They will never appreciate or thank an employee when he leaves even if he has worked so hard and loyally for so many years for them. 14. They make employees beg for even small raises of 4k-5k and then threaten them by saying that they didn't lay off or you can find another job. 15. There is no difference between drivers and software engineers in this company. The salary and benefits are quite similar. I will stop here, there are so many cons and one can i write a whole article or book on that.

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
