1.All the people in top management are either relatives or friends to CEO.The top management in Kashmir office has people that are relatives to managing director.Not only this but many employees working here have family relations with some managers and Team leaders.About 30% workforce of this company was hired on nepotism and managers do their best to help them get over the hard working employees. 2.Apart from nepotism BQE has salary problem.The CEO brags about the standard and pay of the company in podcasts and webinars but the reality is that he hires people on the basis of exploitation in Kashmir and offers them lowest salary. 3.
