Mi sono trovato sotto la guida di un manager eccezionale in un team molto competente. Tutti quelli con cui ho parlato hanno condiviso la mia esperienza e la maggior parte delle persone sembra felice di lavorare in BRG. Mi piace lavorare a progetti diversi e trovo che il carico di lavoro sia gestibile e sano. Mi sento stimolato, ma non sopraffatto dal contenuto o dal volume del lavoro. Apprezzo le persone che ho incontrato in BRG come colleghi e mi vedo a lavorare qui a lungo. Ci sono anche frequenti eventi sociali che BRG dedica tempo all'organizzazione e sono molto divertenti!

Svantaggi

Finora non ho riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo nella mia esperienza. BRG ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze in un datore di lavoro.

They pay you very well, and if you have a strong work ethic, the work isn't hard at all. I think people nowadays are either too soft or just lazy, and complain about "just work". What do you think you're supposed to do when you're on the clock? The culture is fun, and they want you to connect with your co-workers and engage in various activities. If you aren't remote, they also offer a lot of activities that the company will pay for (hockey games, holiday parties, etc). They are flexible (at least on my team) with your schedule and very understanding if you need some time off during your regular work hours,

The training process was not very good. On some instances, it even seemed like the direction they wanted our team to go changed DURING training, so you would be focusing all of your energy on understanding one thing, and out of the blue, our responsibilities changed. They seem to have a divide and conquer mindset in training, pushing others ahead, and leaving people (hired at the same time) behind. If you reach out to people that have been pushed ahead, you are reprimanded as if there is some top secret level of information that you are not worthy of having being included in.
