Bad Management - Recensione dipendente - Buyer presso BRP

The Sturtevant, WI manufacturing plant is basically outdated. The management is sexist and racist. If you have not been with the company at least 15 years you are treated as a joke. The "buddy" system and getting "very friendly" with any middle level supervisor and manager is the only way you will be promoted or get a raise. Cafeteria is awful and overall the offices are depressing they are still trying to live the 1970's where the supervisor only acts as a public relations to upper management but does not even know how to use their own system, yet they take all the credit. If you attempt to talk with upper management to just say Hi you will be regarded as a traitor to your supervisor.
