Providing wrong JD - Recensione dipendente - Associate Network Engineer presso BT Group

I had been hired on Openreach department of BT by providing the JD of Network Engineer at L2 level. But when I joined the company I got to know that they are hiring B.Tech graduates to do the work of a normal graduate with no technical expertise. Salary hike %ge is very low and for promotions you just forget to get it if you are not a good licker. They give a high pressure on the floor to be seated at seat only if there is no work to do. In short of I say if you are a technical expertise person then your skills are going to be destroyed.
