Incompetent delivery teams create unsatisfied customers while bidding & solution teams are disconnected to the real world. Not seeing any hope of the business growth as customers are turning away from BT. The recent Italian accounting scandal is just a tip of the iceberg- unrealistic growth target pushing people to risk everything that sabotages the company's reputation and draws unnecessary criticism from investors, existing & potential customers, and the public. Unless there's a drastic change of the management team, business growth will certainly be further pressured as it has already been trending down.
