An SMT that is stuck way back in the old days of NSB retail solutions - with all of the old school cliques and groups that have existed for years.This then gives a middle management that are simply mates with senior managers ( Promotional jobs NEVER advertised, but guys lined up ready for the promotion ) - so you had better be ready to play the game and become your managers best friend very quickly... play badminton with them, go the cinema with them, go out to lunch with them.... its the only way you'll get on. Outsourcing EVERY role they can to India - support director openly admitting that any leavers will be replaced by an offshore release wherever possible.. By a person who's only requirement is that they speak good English. So, a very demoralising environment to work in.
