Exciting technology in a growth marketplace to work within. Has an open office culture - although this has been pruned to some extend. Modern approach to dress code. South Bucks location is great; train station is less than a 5 minute walk.

Too focused on numbers; finances, where time is spend etc. Some of the leadership can be narrow minded. Traditional management structure has replaced flat hierarchy. Employees have little autonomy to be creative. Has allowed too many employees leave too often. Changes CEO every 8-15 months.
