Good vacation benefits. Better than average US based companies.

No raises in 4 years and laid off unexpectedly when other lackluster employees can keep their head down and do dismal work survive by being yes men. No sense of direction by management caused a total failure for our group to survive, jobs moving to non US countries, would have been better if BT never bought Infonet Corp. Lackluster customer service after losing top talent, as management more aware of their failing and protecting themselves than listening to people on the floor for improvement.

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Svantaggi

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
