One of the worst Multinational companies to work in Hungary - Recensione dipendente - IT Service Introduction Manager presso BT Group

Pays way below the average, employees moving into positions from inside BT are not compensated fairly, horrible salary processes, politics infiltrated HR and management, ideas doesn’t count, sales does only. The company is using the Hungarian office to develop/test out processes, then they give the automated work to India/Malaisia usually getting rid of a whole department in HU during the process.
