They talk a good game about caring for the lower staff members, but are 100% focused on the UK. Line managers have 25-30 years with the company and are ill-equipped to be people managers. Far too many US positions filled by immigrants from the UK with H1A Visas. Waste a lot of money partnering with India-based consulting companies.
