      Biggest pro is the culture, being around like-minded individuals who are passionate about Bitcoin and focused in the same direction. Also, the comp structure with opportunities for big bitcoin bonuses quarterly.

      Svantaggi

      Fast-start up pace. For some, this is a Pro, but for many this pace is tough and the ability to be agile to massive changes on the drop of a dime can prevent challenging scenarios for employment or management.

      Very few jobs offer you this level of creative freedom and upward mobility. If you are competent and eager to take on new challenges, you will find limitless exciting things to do at this organization.

      The organization has had to grow very quickly, and that growth isn't always 100% smooth. It very much had a startup culture when I was there, which I enjoyed but I know isn't for everyone.

      Poor communication skills, layoff threats every few months, VERY STRESSFUL even when you gaslight yourself into thinking everything's fine.
