Franchise owner allowed poor management for years degrading staff to nothing Restaurant also in incredibly poor condition with sanitation being a critical issue throughout the last 2 years Franchise Owner has good intentions, knows what they are doing, but can’t be trusted to keep proper watch on the operations of the business

where to start? 1. no flexibility with your schedule 2. under average pay and overtime has to be fought for and justified 3. production head has anger management issues 4. studio manager has a serious problem with women gendered people, does no work, relies on junior artists to do his work, blatantly gets drunk at lunch, yells at people who do not finish their work on time 5. most people who stay at this job are scared of leaving because they are straight from France and are being sponsored by BUF headquarters in Paris to work for their sister brand in Montreal 6. HR is a joke, there was no one in office for over 3 months at one period, and we were instructed to go to the studio manager, see point 4 as to why you may not want to do that overall, be prepared to sacrifice your work life balance and basic morals if you decide to apply for this job. you will you get the job immediately because of the high turnover. don't say you were not warned.
