Registered in Limassol, Cyprus and San Pedro, CA, majority of employees are located in Beirut, Lebanon where they are exploited for recieving a decent salary. Hardly a positive, but literally the only selling point used to bring hard working, well educated, and underpaid people into a toxic work environment.

There is not enough time in the day to list all the negatives so I will make this as breif as possible without going into countless personal stories: unbelievably toxic work environment, nepotism, sexism, verbal abuse, unwillingness to uphold contractual terms, and rampant discrimination amongst employees are just a handful of the traits exhibited on a daily basis. If this company was run anywhere else besides Lebanon it most probably would be sued within the first week. The management team is aware of this fact and fully exploits it routinely. Not one person working there is doing so for any other reason apart from necessity. The company and it's working conditions impacts a small group of 10 - 15 people who are dependent on the salary and nothing more. The only enjoyable part of this job was the day I got to leave and rid my hands of it once and for all. I feel sorry for anyone who feels stuck working at BabySentry.
