Due to popular demand I wrote a review to summarize my experiences. There are two bullies who will not be identified. I will refer to them as the witch and the ice queen. For this review their specific roles and titles shall remain anonymous, but they have great influence over the broad work environment. They brought down what was once an almost passable company to having the worst new business departments in the entire world. They got rid of the good case managers and the case count went from 160 cases per case manager down to around 60 cases each. You’d think with each case manager doing fewer cases that would mean there is more time to focus on each case and do higher quality cases. Not here! Not only did the quantity go down, but so did the quality. If you work here or are an agent and need your cases done right, you’d better look elsewhere because the more cases you do here the worse off you will be, and the more damage you will do to your bottom line. If these two bullies do not like you they will make up stories to the owners in order to get you fired. They are the two most petty women in the world and hold grudges over you for no reason. They do this instead of doing their job, since they make the other case managers do all the work and pretend to be these things called “office managers” (not their official titles). Well in reality they are making personal phone calls, whether it is to scream at their kids or to gossip about another person. Watch out for the witch, who acts like she is so nice but in reality she is bottom of the barrel nasty, saying nice things to your face, then makes up lies to tell the bosses about you. The ice queen also makes up lies, but she doesn’t act so nice. In fact she is oftentimes unapologetically mean to your face. Even though these two women can’t keep their lies straight and make up things that don’t even make sense or aren’t even possible, the bosses eat it all up. I can’t say why without this review getting flagged for inappropriate content. These women put all their energy into trying to get the good workers fired so they can get raises. In my 4+ years here I saw them get at least 6 people fired. They tried to get me fired but they were unsuccessful. These women are extremely phony to the bosses too, boasting about how they are such great people or great bosses, then when they walk out of the room they say what idiots the bosses are. Or they will say they don’t like the mother of the bosses, or that the boss’ newborn kid is ugly. The bosses don’t think of you as people — they think of you as objects they can use and abuse. I worked countless hours of unpaid overtime, some nights working until 3am. I worked through my lunches, my vacation days, and even when I was sick. I was never truly appreciated for my efforts, just given a shallow minded “good,” and only when I pointed out how hard I was working. Like the two female company-ruiners, the owners have a complete lack of empathy and authenticity. Don’t fall for it when they act like they care about you or what you’re saying — it’s all an act. They also do not stand by their word. I had many discussions with them regarding things like pay and benefits that they went back on or conveniently “forgot” about. Again, don’t fall for it. Stay away from this place! Don’t learn your lessons the hard way. Everyone here is unhappy, especially the bosses, the witch, and the ice queen. Don’t think you can fix them or this company — it is not your responsibility. Any improvements you make to increase profitability, to enhance the company culture, etc. are not appreciated. Anything you do that improves their bottom line is quickly wasted on them spending the new money they make off of you on themselves or by destroying their own company. They love drama and they live for creating problems. It is sad. They are terrible with work from home arrangements. I would always hear these people badmouthing remote employees and repeating the lies the witch and the ice queen say about the employees they don’t like. The bosses believe anything those two women say. They would divorce their wives if these women told them to. I can’t imagine how this company is operating in a world with COVID restrictions. The vibe in the office space is beyond gross and terrible. The people in charge are evil beyond belief. If you ever see something that does not seem to add up, do not brush it off or try to explain it away. They are not trustworthy. Do not trust them. It felt like I was working for Satan and his two prince of darkness sons. The people who run this place have made several racist, sexist, and homophobic remarks. They don’t let people who have Mexican or foreign accents answer the phone, when others in the same job role are required to answer the phone. It was also brought to my attention by 3 different people that my sexual orientation was a problem for one of the owners and at one point I was at risk of being fired for this reason. The only reason I wasn’t fired was because I was so good at my job and I made them millions of dollars. I’ve heard many anti-Semitic remarks, which is odd because they hired so many Jewish people over the years. If you don’t like Jewish people, why do you hire so many? The things I’ve heard come from the owners’ mouths are absolutely disgusting. I ended up leaving this place without giving notice or having another job lined up because this place was so horrible. Don’t think you won’t be able to find something better than this place, or that you’ll have to compromise in order to improve your career. You are worth more than what you will ever get out of this place, hands down. My income doubled as soon as I left, and I am a thousand times more appreciated and respected than I ever was at this place. You don’t have to learn the lesson the hard way. Just leave or avoid this place and go be happy and successful.
