Open, respectful culture: Never feel uncomfortable asking peers or management for advice on any situation or product. Always feel like my manager and owner are listening when I talk to them. Employees are treated fairly and with respect if you work hard and do your job. Great benefits for salaried employees- healthcare & vacation & 401K match packages. The co-workers are fun, friendly & hardworking. Owners often buy lunch or bagels for the staff.

Most positions require some self discipline and a solid work ethic. If you lake these traits, this will not be a good fit. There is NOT a lot of micro-managing when you know what you are doing.

I've worked with BackToLearn for several years, and it has been the best job of my life. The owners of the company have Vision, a proven Track-Record, and they really care about their employees. I was sort of thrown in, but they gave me the skills to grow and accomplish a lot more in my career than I ever thought possible.

Don't get me wrong, working in the advertising agency can be stressful. You never know what you're going to do from day to day, which means you have to be very flexible. I personally like that variety but I can see how for a lot of other people that could be stressful.
