Over my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to take on impactful projects, develop new processes, and work alongside some pretty amazing people. Like all maturing companies there can be growing pains around scaling & process improvement. There are changes happening as we evolve and grow, but I do feel like there is a good work/life balance and opportunity to contribute to making an impact at Backblaze.
